Welcome to QRScanner App. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using QRScanner App, you agree to these Terms.
QRScanner App provides QR code and barcode scanning, QR code creation, secure link preview, scan history, and related utility features.
You may use the App only for lawful, personal, or business purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QRScanner App on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, or exploit the App or any part of it without our permission.
You are responsible for the information you scan, enter, generate, save, share, or export through the App, including contact details, WiFi information, links, text, location data, email or SMS templates, and social media profiles.
Please do not use the App to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
QR codes may contain links or information from third parties. QRScanner App may provide a preview before opening a link, but we do not control or guarantee the safety, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites, services, or content.
You are responsible for deciding whether to open, share, or rely on any scanned result.
Some features may require access to your camera, photo library, location, or other device permissions. You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you disable certain permissions, some App features may not work properly.
QRScanner App, including its design, features, software, text, graphics, logos, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
QRScanner App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or QR code format.
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive manner.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the App means that you accept the updated Terms.
